Hmm this guy seems to look a little like Raphael. I guess I will like him. ^^ Even the girl doesn't seem very sympathic.

The book is so thick that I had to take off my scanner lid. And I'm verrry glad that the Blood Hound story is in the front, and not somewhere in the middle, where it would be harder to scan. The art is in the same style as God Child, so I keep expecting Cain to pop up XD
If want to see a litte sneak peak of the Blood Hound Story go to My Yahoo Briefcase.
Whee! *builds a little shrine for the coveted Blood Hound*
The scans are gorgeous...now we just have to wait to see what's actually being said amongst all that beautiful artwork!
Hehe...oh, and on an unrelated note, the three Alichino books were JUST released in Chinese and copies of it are floating around EVERYWHERE. Hmph...only a few months ago, they were nowhere to be found. What's with the sudden Alichino fad going around? ^^** It's hitting the U.S. *and* Hong Kong at the same time, even though it was released so long ago in Japan!
Just out of curiosity...I haven't been paying attention to this topic so I don't know. Is Blood Hound a one shot story or is it a series?? Im assuming one shot story but I'm usually wrong about everything...so I'm jst checking.
It's believed to be a one shot.
I think I'll like the girl. *_* she looks funky
Phew, glad it got back to you safe and sound
Just got done reading it -- haven't got it translated, just sat down and read it -- and...
//rant mode//
THERE HAS GOT TO BE MORE TO THIS STORY!!!!
There just HAS to -- I mean, it's set up like a standalone story-chapter from Cain, so you don't end on a cliffhanger from hell waiting for the next episode or anything, but the amount of detail she put into these characters and their backgrounds means there just bloody well HAS GOT TO BE more to this story...
if there isn't, she's going to have one VERRRY cranky fangirl out here who likes these characters WAYY too much for them just to be throwaway bits in one story...
pant pant pant fuuuuuuume pant
To Yuki Kaori, who has been known to hang out on various fan boards, if you happen to read this one:

WRITE MORE DAGNABBIT!!! please please please PLEASE please...?

'Cause I want to read more of it! And translate more! I LIKE these people! Please please don't make them just go vanish on us someplace!
By the way, this is intended to be read as VERRRY enthusiastic praise; I'm not normally nearly this tooth-grindingly frustrated at hitting the end of the story and wanting more THIS badly...

Okay, I really should go pay bills now; I know some of them were due while I was gone... ^^;;;;

Well, if Blood Hound is that good, the Japanese fans are bound to be writing lots of letters to Kaori Yuki. (Risu-chan, if you find her address, you can write them yourself! I know that a *lot* of Japanese mangaka really like to hear from non-asian fans!
(Sakura wrote to a mangaka and got a response! The mangaka said she was enthralled that someone from New Zealand was writing to her. ^^)
Anyways, back to the topic...the same thing happened with Neji. It was supposed to end with Neji running off and starting a new life in the real world, but Kaori Yuki got requests to write more so she continued on about 10 years later. ^^** (well, maybe not THAT long, but this Kaori Yuki...)
Yayyy, more Blood Hound in 10 years...

Yay! The Blood Hound manga is back! ^__^ Now itching to go start translating... but I really ought to take an evening to go through the six-inch stack of physical mail that accumulated while I was gone, to make sure I pay the bills that arrived in the past 3 weeks of bopping around the state and the planet. ^^;; Okay, that'll be project #2 tonight...
